Yes. Borrowers can start their 1003 application, save their progress, and return to complete it anytime. However, the system does not send reminders to resume incomplete applications.

Borrowers can upload documents in PDF, JPEG, or PNG formats.

Yes. The POS follows all relevant industry compliance standards.

Loan officers are notified via email only once a borrower submits their application. They do not receive real-time notifications for ongoing activity like uploads or partial completions.
