1 Solution wasn’t born in a boardroom or bank it was built in the trenches. Founded by Omar Khamisa, a mortgage professional with over 20 years of hands-on experience across processing, underwriting, origination, and systems consulting, 1 Solution emerged from the frustration of seeing independent brokers consistently left behind. While big lenders enjoyed advanced tools and streamlined systems, brokers were stuck stitching together half-baked solutions. That gap between what brokers need and what the industry offers became our mission. We self-funded the platform, hired the developers, and built every feature from scratch to give brokers the power, clarity, and control they deserve. No outside money. No watered-down promises. Just real tools, built by brokers, for brokers.
